Everything....staff, food, location, and just an amazing hotel.

The breakfast was simply excellent. A wide variety of options catered to all tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. Parking was easily accessible and the hotel also offers an EV charging station, which was incredibly convenient for me as an electric vehicle owner. The location of the hotel is another major plus. It's situated in a prime spot, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the provision of beach towels was a nice touch. Lastly, the room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a comfortable and pleasant space. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel is newly renovated, sleek, modern and super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Loved the scent of the bath products. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, in particular Melanie, Fernando, Juanjo and Rosalia. I loved the lounging furniture on the pool deck. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is well connected by bus to Palma and the airport. Wish I could've stayed longer.

The best staff at a hotel I have experienced in a while. Not sure if i have just been unlucky in the past but I can definitely recommend a stay here. The staff was always smiling and willing to adjust to our every need. They are not too present making it a very pleasant experience. After some conversation with other residents we noticed that they also were shown the same attention and found the staff to ve very friendly and accommodating. The food at breakfast was also excellent. The pool and the sun deck are great additions as they provide the most perfect privacy and relaxation space. The SPA was very pleasant and we found no problems with it.

The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, with enough storage space and good amenities (we received house slippers, bathrobes and body cream free of charge). The location is great, close to a lot of great beaches, right in the heart of Port d’Alcudia and within a 20 minutes walk from the city of Alcudia. There are many supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and despite that the hotel area is chill and quiet. We really appreciated that we could take beach towels from the reception and use them not only at hotel pool, but also on the beach.
